Eligibility: The TXU Cooldown Giveaway is open to legal residents of Texas Who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Duration: The TXU Energy Cooldown Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 AM Central Time (“CT”) on August 10, 2020 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on September 12, 2020.
Prizes: In this sweepstakes prize distribution given below :
(1) Grand Prize:
Winner will receive a HVAC system (air conditioner with indoor coil, or one heat pump) with a retail value up to $12,500.00 USD.
(5) Secondary Prizes:
Winner will receive (two (2) for Dallas/Ft., two (2) for Houston and one (1) for Austin: One (1) year Service Experts Maintenance + membership for up to two (2) units in winner’s residence. The ARV of each Secondary Prize is $480.
